Hmm, kinda tough to debug remotely.

Check:

1. permissions on your home directory / .forward / .procmailrc
2. anything in /var/log/syslog or /var/log/messgaes complaining about
   something else (groups, etc.)
3. perhaps it is something to do with your shell, are they same?
